The sales manager secretly adds items to your invoice without telling you (tarps, furniture covers, locks) while signing up for our first month. When you tell her that you own these types of protection for your unit, she says your things WILL get stolen and destroyed. She was also sulking and sighing while we read the contract after we saw that she added said items without telling us. Terrible customer service. Definitely ask them all the questions you can.
so bonus box is not really a bonus when u can't get it open without ripping it apart. Everything else is great.
