Ruth at l this public storage is great. Very friendly and easy to work with. Update: changing my review to 2 stars because of rate increases. I have been at this location for about 9 months now and my rate has more than doubled. I went from paying $250 a month to$550. I went up there once and they lowered it, but now it has gone up even higher. This is ridiculous how they keep raising our rate. I am guessing next month it will be $600 to $700 a month.
