Ruth at l this public storage is great. Very friendly and easy to work with. Update: changing my review to 2 stars because of rate increases. I have been at this location for about 9 months now and my rate has more than doubled. I went from paying $250 a month to$550. I went up there once and they lowered it, but now it has gone up even higher. This is ridiculous how they keep raising our rate. I am guessing next month it will be $600 to $700 a month. I worked with Cordell today on moving my unit. He was so kind and so easy to work with! Made the move simple and seamless! Would absolutely recommend using this storage facility! They are awesome! Thank you again! :)
