I needed a second unit after moving from Colorado, on arrival it was not quite what I had expected and, after dealing with an AI voice for some time I spoke with Dennis. He agreed to meet and was there on time and quickly found a solution to my problem. He was professional and easy to work with. My thanks to Dennis and Public storage for doing a great job!

Nice staff clean and secure. The 2 years Ive been with them they have been great! They value their customers. When I gave them a review I inadvertently gave them a 3 star instead of 4. I was so impressed when my concern was immediately addressed! Thank you so much.

Short term storage is okay, but if you stay for 9 months or longer (it seems that’s the timeframe), they have an algorithm that predicts your likelihood to move out - if you seem unlikely to move, you rent is aggressively raised every 3-6 months. You can’t negotiate the rate increase, you can only (maybe) delay it. If you need long term storage, use Stor-House on 118th…locally owned, and low annual rent increases.
