Very clean with adequate space a nice people on staff.
Nice staff clean and secure. The 2 years Ive been with them they have been great! They value their customers. When I gave them a review I inadvertently gave them a 3 star instead of 4. I was so impressed when my concern was immediately addressed! Thank you so much.
Short term storage is okay, but if you stay for 9 months or longer (it seems that’s the timeframe), they have an algorithm that predicts your likelihood to move out - if you seem unlikely to move, you rent is aggressively raised every 3-6 months. You can’t negotiate the rate increase, you can only (maybe) delay it. If you need long term storage, use Stor-House on 118th…locally owned, and low annual rent increases.
Their prices are super scammy - DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR PRICES. They raised my rent by 75% within a year of moving in - first by 38% ($344 to $475) within 60 days of moving in (not joking), and then to $599. Meanwhile, they still advertise rates of $309 on their website for my unit. Truly awful business practices. Good luck trying to get in touch with them - all correspondences from no-reply email.
