UPDATE: Ian was well receptive and helpful. Closed out storage contract, and answered many questions. Very positive experience and would recommend renting to others! Had a great experience today! The employee helping me named Traxton was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond with my storage unit!! They even caught a pricing issue caused by an email typo and fixed it right away. Really appreciated the professionalism and excellent customer service! Definitely deserves a raise
