Lied to about how much it would cost to move in. The $1 for new customers didn't apply because I have a relative with an account in another city. So beware. I was also forced to buy the insurance even though I have renter's insurance which covers my things while in storage - the corporate people say the insurance is NOT required if you have renter's or homeowner's. So another lie. And the unit has giant oil spot on the floor that I had to cover with plastic, moldy roof. Yuk.
