Unbelievable. We bought THEIR lock, we promptly paid every month of our storage unit rental, and when it came time to move our stuff, the keys wouldnt work. This is not a review of the lock hardware. We successfully opened our unit two times after initially purchasing--the second time a mere five months before our moving day. What changed? The attendant couldnt tell us.
