Changing to 5 stars because of the dedicated, above and beyond service Maria provided this weekend. To be clear — Not a fan of the company or its practices, but I know an excellent employee when I see one. She went out of her way to fix a crappy situation — Thank you so much Maria!!! Would not recommend. Moved in from out of state. Reserved unit well in advance. Talked and/or left messages with manager on phone 3 times beforehand.
