I have a lot of experience renting storage garages, and this was by far one of the most frustrating systems I’ve dealt with. I asked how I could choose a unit from the ones available. The answer was: you can’t. A unit is randomly assigned to you, and only after that can you request a change. They gave me a unit. I drove there, checked it, and realized it wasn’t large enough. After reading the reviews, we never should have rented from this dump of a storage facility. My mother rented one of their smallest storage units, barely enough space to store anything, starting in February. Despite how small it was, they raised the price every other month, which is completely ridiculous. It eventually became impossible for her to keep up, and she lost her belongings. Do not rent here. This place is a complete scam and not worth the risk.
