RENTER BEWARE!!!!! We rented here for 4 months and had a boat motor prop stolen right away. Then our unit was broken into. Before we were contacted, our unit was "repaired' by the management. They cut our lock and replaced it with a new one, but tossed the old one before we arrived. When speaking with people at the place, we received many conflicting stories including when it happened.
