Donna was amazing. I got lost driving in the storage facility, not unusual for me, and she walked out to help. Then, realized I’d lost the key on my chain to open unit!! She quickly helped me fill out a form to fix the problem. I left smiling.
Aaron was awesome, great customer service! And Donna is the best her customer service is top notch she really cares about the customers!!!
I thought this place would be simple enough, just grab a unit and forget about it, but it ended up being a headache from the start. The gate code they gave me didnt work when I first tried to get in, so I had to call and wait around for over ten minutes. Also the lot had plenty of trash around which just made it feel dirty and unkept. Pretty dissapointed for what you pay here.
…so i keep coming back here whenever i need extra space and honestly it just works. the place is clean and i never have trouble finding my unit even late at night wich is more than i can say for some spots in the past... Been a regular for a few years now and the rates haven't skyrocketed like other places do, they actually gave me a decent price when I signed up again last time.
