One of the worst storage experiences I've had. I only rented a unit here for a few months. When I started moving out, I discovered extensive rodent damage to my belongings. There were rat droppings throughout my unit, a strong rodent smell, and clear signs that rats had been climbing all over my stuff. Many items were contaminated, damaged, or had to be thrown away. 55% rate increase over a 10 month period. That is after the losing the 'new customer rate' after 3 months. Closing out my account next week. Update: When I scheduled my move out, the owner reached out the next day and offered me a reduced rate; I don't want to play this game every few months, so I declined. But I did change my review from 1 star to 4 stars since they made the effort.

I won an auction with them. Their staff didn't call me, and they wouldn't pick up the phone when I tried calling them. When I arrived, it turned out the item had been stolen—and they were fully aware of it. I wasted an hour just getting there. They didn't cancel the auction; they didn't call to give me a heads-up.
