Pauline made everything smooth and easy. I did everything over the phone with a rep but when I came in, I realized that the rep gave me the wrong size after telling her what I had. Pauline listened and asked the right questions and was able to get me into the right size. She went above and beyond by walking to three different units to make sure I knew what I was getting. I would recommend this location and working with Pauline.
If I could give this place a zero star I would because they get you in and then increase the rate every month so now my rate was $100 a month now is up to $200 a month which is crazy because when I look on the website, my same unit says $74 a month I called and they won’t even give it to me for that price. They say it’s only for newcomers Which is crazy because I’m loyal. But the manager there is so sweet. I do understand that it’s not their fault.
