This storage facility is the BEST in town. The facilities are always well kept, and the staff are always extremely friendly- especially Barbara and Tori. I greatly appreciate you all! Highly appreciate and recommend!
Front desk Tory was extremely nice professional very helpful and made sure we made the right choice in size we needed with help of Tiffany. Would not go anywhere else to use a storage unit! Excellent customer service!!!
according to the local police this is the safest place in Chattanooga, Tennessee. But there are less secure spaces for half the price. Also, dealing with the corporation has to be done online and it's virtually impossible to talk to a human being whenever you have a problem. And problems do arise.YMMV
