Today I arrived to get an additional storage unit. Tory assistance was awesome. Although the system was down she still made sure I had a storage unit. She went overboard to make sure I was pleased with what I got. I had the best time renting a storage unit because Tory’s customer service was awesome. She really cares about her customers. Thank you very much Tory for helping me and making my rental a joyous occasion.
