I've been renting a storage unit here for about 2 years now. My rent has gone up almost $70 in the 2 years. On top of that, I can count on one hand the amount of times the electric gate has actually been closed, prompting me to enter my security code. I've been to the storage unit about 10 times this year, and the gate has been open every time. I'm currently looking for a better storage location and will be moving out of here shortly.
