Very Impressed How refreshing it is to find a storage facility that knows about customer service. All Storage has the best staff. Nothing was too much trouble when I asked question after question about their facility. Suffice to say, I used them to store my belongings for over 6 months. I was very impressed with them.

Not what they say I booked my reservation online which was easy to do, within minutes I was called by the manager of the facility who was polite and professional. The price was competitive and this facility is very close to my home which offers great convenience. The next morning I visited the facility to inspect my 10'by 15' unit and finalize the paperwork.

Going the extra mile Public self storage places are all over Austin. I have had some of there locations contact our store to donate items left behind by there patrons! They are a great company with great employees!!!
get the coupon There is a circulator called the Pennysaver that has a fat booklet of free coupons once or twice a year. Be sure to check it out if you plan on needing to place your belongings in a storage unit because the deals that they offer inside are very generous. I spotted coupons for several different storage companies in the avenue of getting 1 to 2 months of storage absolutely free. This was the case with Public Storage.
