Do not use this place to keep your stuff. Management couldn’t care less about making sure you and your property is protected. Someone is actively trying to break into my unit and THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL. I have been trying to get ahold of them for 5 days and nothing. They chose not to believe me when I tell them. Mary was very helpful over the phone with helping me get the right storage and taking my payment and then staying on the phone with me until I downloaded the app making sure I have the access code explaining everything for me. I would definitely recommend this place.
It's been 3 days and the front elevator is out of service, it is suffocating hot on 3rd floor in front part going on 3 days as well! Wondering when it will get fixed?
So far outstanding customer service. Always available to answer questions. Renting was very easy. They readily answer the phone or return calls quickly. Very impressed.
