They removed on-site staff so you are at the mercy of chasing people down via phone. Total nightmare. There have also been breaking at the location: simple things take days / weeks to resolve with their cost-saving ‘virtual remote agent kiosk’ and phone numbers to the corp office. Avoid this location at all costs.
These people are crooks..Please do not trust the information shared by customer care executives. During my booking tenure, i had called customer support 3 times. Every time i asked if i iwll be charged on monthly basis or daily basis and everytime i was informed that i will be charged on daily basis. But as soon as completed my booking, i was charged for whole month and when talked to executive, they informed me that they have mentioned in their agreement that customer will be charged on monthly basis.
