These people are crooks..Please do not trust the information shared by customer care executives. During my booking tenure, i had called customer support 3 times. Every time i asked if i iwll be charged on monthly basis or daily basis and everytime i was informed that i will be charged on daily basis. But as soon as completed my booking, i was charged for whole month and when talked to executive, they informed me that they have mentioned in their agreement that customer will be charged on monthly basis. Do not use this place to keep your stuff. Management couldn’t care less about making sure you and your property is protected. Someone is actively trying to break into my unit and THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL. I have been trying to get ahold of them for 5 days and nothing. They chose not to believe me when I tell them. I lost my home so everything I own is in this unit. They do not care about you or the security of your items. Forget trying to get ahold of someone to help you.
