Mary was very helpful over the phone with helping me get the right storage and taking my payment and then staying on the phone with me until I downloaded the app making sure I have the access code explaining everything for me. I would definitely recommend this place.
It's been 3 days and the front elevator is out of service, it is suffocating hot on 3rd floor in front part going on 3 days as well! Wondering when it will get fixed?
So far outstanding customer service. Always available to answer questions. Renting was very easy. They readily answer the phone or return calls quickly. Very impressed.
Jenn helped me so much at my Public Storage location on Spectrum drive she was able to quickly and correctly communicate my short 3 month needs on payments and communication to the management department thank you so Much Jenn !!
This Facility rents out over 600 units and yet the offer ONLY 2 CARTS to load and unload a storage. According to the blueprint they are supposed to provide 17 carts. Using this facility in a major pain in the BUTT when all 2 carts are in use which is 90% of the time!
