Nice Staff
Do not use this place to keep your stuff. Management couldn’t care less about making sure you and your property is protected. Someone is actively trying to break into my unit and THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL. I have been trying to get ahold of them for 5 days and nothing. They chose not to believe me when I tell them. I lost my home so everything I own is in this unit. They do not care about you or the security of your items. Forget trying to get ahold of someone to help you. Mary was very helpful over the phone with helping me get the right storage and taking my payment and then staying on the phone with me until I downloaded the app making sure I have the access code explaining everything for me. I would definitely recommend this place.
