Storage Unit Broken Into Here’s the quick points - STORAGE UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO AND ITEMS WERE STOLEN - No security cameras inside the buildings. - This location adds a lock to your reservation and charges you $20 for it. Then you have to go into the office to get a refund. - Public storage will charge you on the 1st of the month even if you have already paid your initial reservation fee. - You have to talk to the office manager and potentially a district manager to get refunds on the monthly dues. - Employees are unhelpful ... read more
