My wife and I planned on moving out January 31st, 2019.however with weather conditions dropping to -15 degrees outside, I called and asked about a pro rate option. I knew as soon as the receptionist answered my first question that she wasn’t going to be helpful. Her attitude and tone was not professional. But just to try I asked her for more options and help. I made a reservation for rental space online. A representative promptly called me to schedule an appointment. I made the appointment for 9:30am Jan. 1, 2015. When I showed up with a van and borrowed trailer full of stuff to store no one was there. I left several messages and no one returned my call. This was the only day I could do the move.
