I made a reservation for rental space online. A representative promptly called me to schedule an appointment. I made the appointment for 9:30am Jan. 1, 2015. When I showed up with a van and borrowed trailer full of stuff to store no one was there. I left several messages and no one returned my call. This was the only day I could do the move.
