This storage facility is a NIGHTMARE. They have virtually NO SECURITY (no cameras). It’s a total DUMP. It’s full of rats, mice, and moths. My storage unit was BURGLARIZED. The RODENTS ruined thousands of dollars of my belongings. And the employees are HORRIBLE! AVOID Public Storage like the plague!
Ashley & Marcus the dynamic duo of Public Storage SF!! I cannot say enough about these two SUPER STARS. The knowledge, the professionalism, the splendid candor and service!! The bar has been raised and this team is at the very top. No one compares to their level of expertise! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking for storage needs.
Layout was a little confusing, but the friendly employees immediately came over to help. Ashley went above and beyond helping us with our unit. Truly an awesome person!
