Netta assisted my very professionally and always had a smile on her face. She showed me the unit I was about to rent and that’s the reason I finalized the rental. Thank you Netta! Unfortunately I went there yesterday and the lady that was in the office was extremely rude, totally unprofessional. Rude like the rudiest person on earth. Maquette was amazing
Charged me for the one month free insurance. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company, I was flagged and could no longer make payments via direct debits with a card number. The only method of payment was with a bank routing and account number. They fraudently charged my credit card for a free service, then expected me to provide them with my bank information. I'm not a fool!!!!!!!
