Heidi was amazing!! Our reservation was for a different day and she made it so easy to move forward with completing a paper work. Helping my elderly parents feel at ease and ready to move in while they find a new place.
Heidi, the property manager is exceptional. HOWEVER... Public Storage is not. Less than 6 months into my rental with Public Storage, my rent was increased by 45% with no notice, and they are completely unresponsive about my concern. A 45% increase itself is absolutely insane, but no notice? Illegal.
