After being a loyal customer for 2 years, paying on time and no issues the company increases rent by $20 or almost 20%. How is it possible to charge $40 more a month then is listed on the website and think that it is acceptable? Site manager directed me to customer service where the only response I got wad They "executives" meet every year to determine budgets and what increases need to be charged to make them. After forcing us to buy a "cylinder lock" for a large additional charge... The key broke off in the lock when I tried to turn it (I'm 5'5" and 120 so no brute strength involved). Now I can't even get my stuff out and will be forced to pay another month's rent!! Customer service is seemingly nonexistent! Save your money and go somewhere that has helpful people and customer service. (It's worth noting the site manager is nice but powerless in this situation.)
