I currently have a unit with P.S. and I am going this weekend to get rid of as much stuff as I can because they just keep upping the charges. It started out at $100 something and I am now being charged over $350 and for what? I lived in my apartment for 9 years my rent was only raised once and by $15 but this place raises your rent so often and by like $30. it's a complete rip off they do not have to do this to people, it's greed. Let me just say if I could give this place zero stars I most certainly would. I had my storage unit for a couple of months, but two months in I made my first complain of rodents. They claimed that they would help me but never did, me being the busy mother of three it took me a months later to go check on my unit again I complained, this time the young lady took my complain but they never did ANYTHING!They told me once that they threw rant poison in my storage, but I ask how they don't have a key to my unit? excellent management excellent facilities Diane and Rose are very good management they have very good personalities and they keep the properties safe and clean.
I recently rented a storage unit from PS on grant ave in Philadelphia .The customer service I received from Joselyn, Was remarkable from the time i walked in the door. she took the time to go over everything that I needed to know about PS. She answered all the questions that I had with confidence. She made me feel comfortable about leaving my personal belongings there.
