I currently have a unit with P.S. and I am going this weekend to get rid of as much stuff as I can because they just keep upping the charges. It started out at $100 something and I am now being charged over $350 and for what? I lived in my apartment for 9 years my rent was only raised once and by $15 but this place raises your rent so often and by like $30. it's a complete rip off they do not have to do this to people, it's greed. excellent management excellent facilities Diane and Rose are very good management they have very good personalities and they keep the properties safe and clean.
