This location is the best storage facility that I have experienced in my lifetime..The place is huge and secure. The customer service is fantastic. I normally deal with Tanya and Nicole. They are very informative and helpful.let me not mention how friendly they are. I would recommend this storage facility to all my friends..
So I paid for my storage online while I was in Puerto Rico. I returned yesterday and waited outside for a good 25 minutes because there was nobody in the office. When the girl finally showed, I told her and she says well I was at lunch very rude. We eat from 12 to one, but there’s no sign on the door.. I told her I was there to pick up my key and she told me it’s in my storage. I didn’t get that message. I was also having trouble accessing the code and she did not help me for anything very rude.
