My wife and I have been customers at this location for three years, and today’s visit reminded us why. We stopped by to pick up a few items and had a question about our account. Mitzi in the onsite office was extremely helpful and professional. She not only answered our questions but made us feel like valued long‑term customers. Thank you, Mitzi!
Very clean and modern storage facility. Built in locks are very secure but I regret renting here as there are NEVER enough carts. Expect to edit 40 minutes or more for a cart to take your stuff upstairs.
Recents break ins of units have me highly upset and disappointed, cam to check my unit to see it broken into front the top. Multiple units have been trash as well as mines and it's hard to tell what's missing. Can't touch anything, it's evidence of, clearly voicing my frustration and complaints about how the company has conducted business and not at the individual working, I was told that I have alot to say, and that they were taking my complaint as a personal attack, a level of professionalism is missing and the individual ... read more
