I have used public storage for over 20 years. It is very well maintained and the people there are very helpful. Esther, in particular, is wonderful. She has a great personality and is incredibly helpful. She knows the company procedures so you get the space you need when you need it. She goes the extra mile effortlessly. My only concern is the company is not shy about raising your rent, but that is not the responsibility of or take away from the great people that work for you there.
The property is cool, the unit is clean and ESTHER is the BEST. THANK YOU! It was so easy to rent.
Etsher was absolutely amazing. she was so sweet, walked through everything, and made sure we did nothing wrong. examples because we separate two keys to our unit correctly so we don't lose anything and give us all the times. she's so amazing. love her so much. she's amazing. She helped so much!
