Kyle was super helpful in getting me a refund for a month out of the two that I didnt use but didnt return the keys to! Great facility, clean and nice :-) Highly recommend. Very helpful staff! Thank You!

Kyle was super helpful! Explained the whole process thoroughly, gave me directions, showed me the unit, and fun to chat with. I came in last minute on a Sunday never having rented a storage unit before, and he made it as easy as pie. Recommend!
Kyle is extremely helpful for resolving the move in issues! The public storage software system is useless and buggy so eventually their employees have to do the heavy lifting. Also some customers are extremely rude, so it’s amazing that Kyle stays professional and friendly.
