While the initial 'Discounted' price is good and usually among the least in the area, the rates climb up to 2X to 2.5X of that initial price within 9-12 months of renting. With this strange pricing strategy, they show that they value new customers than long term ones. Only a couple that I spoke to with little to no PATIENCE in trying to settled an issue and get into it satisfactorily. Sometimes you can hear them breathing heavily meaning, they are running out of patience and effort to continue to serve the customer making sure the customers were happy with the answers and comes to a complete satisfaction.
Great service at this Public Storage! Whenever I had a question, they were always able to help me. Access is easy and storage is clean.
