We arrived around 12pm because we were told Pliny the Younger would be tapped at 2pm. At 155pm we were told it had been pushed to 3pm. Whatever, but show some empathy to your guests, don't just say, "there are other beers you can order or you can go." Don't forget that guests keep you in business and you are in Temecula, you aren't that important--there alots of other places for guests to buy beer
