I’ve been seeing Dr Pierre for about 4 months now. His treatment of patients, both bedside manners and his procedure effectiveness is second to none. I’ve been able to stop many meds I’ve been on for years because of him. Not only suggest his services, but highly recommend!
I have ganglion blocks for atypical facial pain and the procedure always make me anxious. It is a 15 -20 minute procedure and each one has manifested differently for me. It started at ~8 hours recover from not being able to talk, swallow, or cough down to 4 hours after about 6 shots each side. I recommend laying down an additional 15 mins after the shots to absorb (or it will spread down your neck and make your shoulder numb). It provides pain mitigation for approx 5 days for me.
