We had our 6 month appointment today with Randy and we wanted to extend a special thank you for taking the time to ensure our son is doing well. Randy caught something that could’ve potentially caused an infection or required surgery in the future. We are beyond thankful for him.
I’m really impressed with their office! Dr. Westphal was understanding and offered reasonable treatments for my daughter. She spent a good amount of time in the room, answered all of my questions, we didn’t feel rushed and she even chatted a bit. The nurse was really nice and the reception staff were friendly. The lobby was clean and had a few separate areas for people to wait which was nice as there was minimal interaction between sick kids, my daughter being one of them. Dr. Hess is absolutely amazing. He is kind, compassionate, patient, and always answers all our questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. He really goes above and beyond; taking our newborn's' blood sample to the lab at the hospital himself, encouraging us to call him after hours if we need to, and taking his day off to do in-patient surgery. Seriously! Dr. Hess also really makes us feel at ease and less anxious, we had a couple quite stressful hospitalizations for our baby and he was our rock. I took my special needs kiddo here today for the first time. Dr. Smith was amazing and so was the rest of the staff! He is terrified of medical personal and was having a meltdown the entire visit. They treated him so kindly and worked with him to help him calm down and get through the exam. Dr. Smith helped me get everything I needed for him and I feel like we've got a great team put together for him! Your in good hands with this fantastic medical practice! I highly recommend!
