I'm a Liberty Towers tenant renting an apartment owned by Tristan Silk in the Overbrook area of Philadelphia. The owner treats his tenants poorly, he's very arrogant. We're being overran by mouse and vermin, the rent is annually raised and no repairs are being done to our apartments. The plastering is falling and we're having electrical problems and disputes with the utility bills.
