Elizabeth & her team of associates were very professional, knowledgeable & courteous. All my physio sessions were very helpful & I feel much relieved of my right shoulder pain. I recommend Lifemark Physio to anyone looking for a good physio place.
Terrible customer service. No consideration for OHIP patients—appointments are only available either early in the morning or between 2 and 4 PM. My mother had an awful experience here. They hooked her up to a Dr. Ho machine, left her unattended for 30 minutes, then came back and said she was done. That was it. I honestly don’t understand how this place is getting five-star reviews.
