Please think carefully before choosing them. Psych Plus uses reps from India, they hang up on you, you can’t hear them when they talk, they are rude and you will regret being a patient. They are awful. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

I didnt have a good experience at all. For the most part, the treatment was fine. I didn't have too many complaints. There were aspects that weren't ideal, but nothing I couldn't handle. But my appointment was rescheduled and I called my provider back 15 minutes after I received the voice-mail alerting me of this and left my own voice-mail. I have never heard back from the office to this day. I have charged a no show fee and basically was left with a my medication running out and no doctor to help me. This doctor and his "associates" only dole out drugs, but don't warn you about the long term effects of them, and have ZERO knowledge about tapering off of them. If you question them, you'll be met with hostility and defensiveness. Total snake oil salesmen... Susan
