I absolutely loved my doctor Michelle Arnold. She is fantastic. The billing department drove me insane though!!! Calling me every day to tell me I owed them money when I had receipts for every visit they were saying I owed for. I tried to get the issue resolved many times but they would not accept that I had already paid. They even charged my card again for a visit I had already paid for.
