I was scheduled for an appointment at 9:40am with Marlyse Rappoport. I scheduled my appointment online, and got several reminder emails about it. I logged in at 935am to be sure. After about 20 minutes of waiting I called, and waited on hold for about 30 minutes before anyone answered. He told me he would message my provider. It was a bit until he said that she is not responding and he told me that I need to wait another 10 minutes "to see if she will take you."
