My experience here was one that brought a lot of reflection. Cat is clearly very intelligent and highly personable but when it came to the overall experience, I still very much felt like a customer. I'm sure it probably just wasn't a good fit for me and would recommend you still give her a shot.
Our experience with Cat as a couples therapist was deeply disappointing and raised serious ethical concerns. In one of our earliest sessions, she shared a highly personal update about my mental health with my husband in a private meeting. Information I did not know.
