The biggest problem is that the front desk staffs are really careless and Irresponsible. As a clinic that is unforgivable. Therapists here really are doing good job. Few things that happened before: 1. Not notifying my psychiatrist of my request to adjust dosage, changing prescription, or even making an appointment. 2. Not notifying me that my psychiatrist QUIT THEIR JOB at the clinic. If I didn't happen to call about a billing issue, I wouldn't have found out until I ran out of prescription, and be forced to stop medication... read more
