The communication is terrible...no way to even call if there is a problem, they will only email. The availability is beyond limited and you have to pay for rescheduling even if you give notice. The wait time is rediculous. I had my refills withheld until I paid a $50 fee, way to put patient needs first. Needless to say I’m happily no longer there and am with a much more capable doctor.
After almost 4 years of bringing my daughter to Psychotherapy Associates, this place has made a $50 missed appointment fee more important than my daughter’s care. My 12 year old daughter missed an appointment and ran out of her medication, when I called to get a refill called in I was told that they would not call in her medicine until I paid the $50.
