I ordered a floral arrangement worth over $150 as a gift for my brother, and what arrived wasn’t even close to what I ordered. When I reached out, the shop said they would send the correct flowers, but that never happened. Instead, they offered me 50% off a future order, which, frankly, isn't helpful when the current one was a letdown.. They eventually agreed to refund 50%, but even that hasn’t gone through. Gustavo went above and beyond for the flowers I ordered. I requested an orange colored bouquet. He was not happy with his selection so he asked if the flowers could be delivered a day later so he could go get some at the flower market. It was worth the wait! The bouquet is gorgeous! Thank you!

I placed an order for the most affordable bouquet they offered to be delivered to a friend for her bday. The delivery was delayed because of an emergency at the shop and because my friend wasn’t home to accept it. The bouquet they delivered was incredible, like over the top gorgeous and it more than made up for the delay. Such a gracious and generous gesture to turn up the bouquet like that! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
