I've been going to this facility for several years and have seen a couple different doctors in the practice. As far as medical professionals, I think they are great. Dr Mehta specifically was thorough and helpful. My rating comes from their ridiculous billing policies. I did not want to put a card on file because I'm very much paycheck to paycheck and any ill-timed charge could cause me to overdraft. Dr. Ferro and staff changed my life. Getting diagnosed with Autism is the greatest thing that’s ever happened to me!
If all you need is an assessment done, that was no problem. They were quick to take your money and get the assessment done. But if you are actually looking for therapy, forget about it. They don't return phone calls, are completely flippant about your medical health needs, and have no accountability within the support staff. Pathetic.
