I am extremely impressed with pediatric dental specialists! From the first call to make an appointment to each personal appointment reminder I have received, everyone has been extremely nice and accommodating. It seems that everyone enjoys their job and it shows. Today was our first visit to the office and I cannot say enough how much it means to be greeted with a friendly smile and wonderful attitude. We switched our dental care to y’all primarily for this very reason.
Everyone was kind and patient with my high energy kids. We went there to get a 2nd opinion and I'm so glad we did. My kids are finally going to get the care they need.
Walk in, Front Desk is ON POINT! Get called back before I can get my paperwork finished, GREAT!! Hygenist ON POINT, SHE DID AHHHMAZING with all 3 kids! Dr.Brantley is so very Knowldegeable and even though all kids were cavity free he still gave info on developement and what to expect coming up with their teeth falling out etc... So glad I found this office when the Army Changed Dental back to United Concordia and we were cut involuntarily from our previous provider.
I went to dr Brantley for a second opinion for my sons front teeth! He spent so much time with us explaining everything from treatment to preventative care! He is very wise and his staff is very kind! I highly recommend him!!
The staff at Pediatric Dental Specialists was wonderful! I brought my daughter for her first dentist visit. I guess I was really excited because we showed up a day before her appointment was scheduled. However, the staff worked us in with hardly no wait time. Each staff member that we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The staff is definitely a reflection of the dentists there. My kids have always enjoyed going to the dentist and I’m so thankful for the awesome staff for helping keep it that way! We all know that’s not the easiest task for kids of any age!
MY KIDS LOVE THIS PLACE. IT IS CLEAN AND VERY FAST WITH SERVICE. DR SPRATLING IS THE BEST. HE IS THE BEST. THE KIDS LOVE HIS JOKES AS WELL. HE MAKES SURE HE LISTENS TO MY CONCERNS AND DOES NOT RUSH US.
Great first dental visit for my 2 year old. It was nice to have a separate baby-proofed room with engaging wall art for my son's first appointment. All staff were friendly and generally happy to be there despite a very bad flu season and working in a children's medical office. Hoping for more great visits in the future.
We always have a pleasant experience at the dentist office. Our dental hygienist is always friendly and gentle. Our son, who is now 19, started going to Dr. Brantley around age 5 because he was afraid of our family dentist. He loved going to the dentist after his very pleasant experience. We hate to move on to an adult dentist soon. :( I would and have highly recommended Dr. Brantley!!!
