Unclear and unprofessional communication from front desk and billing. I have not had any issues with other providers billing my insurance. PPH representatives called to tell me I needed to call my insurance, when I asked specifically what I needed to call my insurance about, she told me she didn't really know much about insurance but that I needed to let my insurance know I do not have a second insurance plan.
