I’m really glad I chose PPH therapy at this location. The staff was kind and welcoming, and I felt at ease right away. Sessions felt real and supportive, not clinical or cold. I noticed positive changes over time and always felt encouraged and understood. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for genuine care and support.
Edited to add that this weird business tried to call me but didn’t leave a message. Had access to multiple emails to contact me but did not do that. I’m extremely familiar with hipaa. What part of my public review is untrue? Save the canned statement. Discriminated against the disabled. I speak poorly. As an accommodation, I send emails. During therapy with my brother, the therapist repeatedly made comments that suggested she had not read these emails. I went just ONCE (remember that) the day of we got a short notice call to change the time on the same day. It was no biggy we made sure to make the time even if it’s later. First time was an introduction with our therapists and little about us. We schedule the next appointment in three weeks. When the time came we get a call from our therapists on the same day to tell us she quit and is going to another office…and wants us to follow her.we were disappointed we looked forward to are next session just to find out the same day ... read more
