I’ve worked with several therapists at this practice over the past four years. I lost my grandparents in 2021, and everything around me changed. The therapists here are great, no doubt. It’s everything else about this place that deserves 0 stars. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone in the office. Every time I’ve called to cancel/reschedule an appointment there’s no answer and they never call back even when I leave a voicemail. Also, be prepared to pay $100 if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, even if you’ve tried to call before then and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. This place is very quick to take your money however they can get it.
I would give this place a one star it's a terrible place people should sue this place to see a therapist!
To start off their "intake coordinator" when she "got back from vacation" literally took 1 minute with me and was rude. At that point I should have looked elsewhere. I consider them to be like the fast food version of therapy except you don't really get much choice in your order and have to wait months to be served. I've seen 3 or 4 "therapist" through them and 1 was decent but decided to leave the group, which I can't blame her for. Also their recent changes to athenahealth, etc have been annoying for a lack of better terms... read more
