This is truly a unique program. I found it to really tackle what I was needing at the time, and doing daily connections and other practice with emotional identification really helped me control my actions better. I do admit that I wasn’t as participating in some aspects of the treatments as I could, but I do think that the program has given me a way to continue working on my action control. I have been in this program for a little under a year now, and it has done absolute wonders for me. Almost every single issue I entered this program with (mainly regarding mental health) has been resolved, or I have found a way to healthily work around it. My providers have been absolutely amazing and I could not ask for a better team.
