Wish they had a better system in place when a doctor leaves. It has been such a nightmare going to a new office and provider since Dr. Sorensen left. Can’t get ahold of anyone and prescriptions keep getting sent to old provider.
The staff here is professional and so very kind. Ms. Pietrodangelo is much the same; this location and Ms. Pietrodangelo have been a blessing when it comes to aiding me in caring for myself. Ms. Pietrodangelo is an incredibly empathetic and knowledgeable individual. She truly takes the time to listen and care. Everyone has accommodated my schedule so I can attend my appointments with ease. I can't help but extend my thanks.
You can’t request a prescription renewal on their patient portal or message anyone, but they can get the billing part correct. They don’t care about you and all they want is your money. Providers aren’t even in office 3/4 of the time, so you can’t get in touch with anyone. If only you could actually send messages on the patient portal.
