When my wife's provider was there he made the interaction between them great however as a facility being ran they are horrible! I would give them zero stars if I could. The phone receptionists are unprofessional till you ask to speak to the office manager then they get chipper. The providers give you two no call no shows before they drop you. I’ve now visited three times, and I want to be clear about something I’ve consistently noticed. First, I do feel that my loved one is safe and being cared for. That matters, and I appreciate the staff for that. However, the approved media environment is a serious concern. During my visits, I’ve seen and heard content that is objectively triggering in a psychiatric setting—not just for her, but for many patients. Awful, they screwed up my prescription so I ran out right away, and they ignored my pharmacy, and me so i couldn’t get it fixed
I was turned away immediately because none of their therapist's are taking new patients, so many counseling centers around this area are absolutely awful, I've had such a bad experience and have been turned away so many times from so many places because "no one is accepting new patient's" absolutely ridiculous and unfair to those of us who really need help and are actively looking and asking for help and need to talk to a professional. Beware of wrong diagnosis- I saw Dr. Mendenhall several years ago and was given the diagnosis for Bi-polar disorder after a 45 minute appointment. I wouldn’t find out for a year that I’d been misdiagnosed and mistreated (taking the max dosage for medications to treat Bi-polar) when I ended up hospitalized due to side affects worsening my depression because of the medication.
