Does not treat you like a doctor should. Made a phone appointment with me personally, 10 minutes go by after the appointment time and I had to call, spoke with a woman that seemed incapable of answering a phone at the doctor’s office who said she is with another patient. Not professional at all. Went elsewhere and I am now receiving much better care. Negative stars.
Dr Elsa Cruz will constantly have to ask you the same questions for basic info about you, despite claiming to "have [her] notes with her". She has missed multiple appointments and prescribed me a new medication that landed me in the ER because she failed to meet both follow up appointments in 3 weeks. The meetings she does make it to are short, and she seems to always get the wrong ideas. Please do not see her. She may cause you or a loved one serious harm. This place has 1 star for a reason. I've been on the same meds for almost 3 years yet would make me see her monthly which is good for those who need to figure out what meds to take, but not if you already know. Recently lost my insurance and she elected to go ahead and charge me for a session after she was told I can't do a session due to not being able to pay for it and refused to send out refills without paying her $150 for a session.
I like Dr. Cruz and recommendation is five stars
