Terrible. I would not recommend her or this office to anyone. My first impression with the staff and provider were terrible. My son was adopted and she was very rude and asking questions about his birth family and past in foster care. When I tried redirecting her and asking her to refrain from asking those questions to my son, she huffed and puffed. Medications have not been filled and I have had to call several times to ask for her to contact the pharmacy. The medical staff are rude, combative, interrupt when talked to, etc... read more

I love Dr. Ramilo! My son started seeing her when he was probably around 8 years old and she has always been great. Her recommendations have always been spot on and we trust her. I think some of the bad reviews on here are about the office as a whole… I will say the office is not easy to get a hold of, front desk not always polite and I was once asked to reschedule for “being late” even though I had arrived on time and was waiting while the front desk did not acknowledge me for several minutes. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Listen when I say, she does not care about her patients! She seems ready to retire and no interest in keeping her oath as a physician. She will only make mental health worse for you.

Transferred from another office because our psychiatrist retired. Was in crisis called and was dismissed by the social worker. Had to call back to the office of our old provider for someone to help direct us in the direction we needed to go.

Had to see a psychiatrist because of surgery I was having also had to take a test 95% of the test I did what was expected to be answered but 3 questions I answered not good according to psychiatrist but didn’t understand what they were trying to say to me , so I just answered my best guess?
