I really shouldn’t have to pay so much in ADHD tax to the place that’s supposed to be treating my ADHD. Their billing department must thrive on the fact their patients don’t have the ability to follow up as many times as it takes them to fix issues.

I had finally got an appointment here and had to wait over a month just for a Televisit. The morning of my visit, they called and emailed me that it had to be cancelled. I called back that very same day to reschedule. After going through the horrible AI generated system, I left a voicemail that I needed a callback and was trying to reschedule the appointment that they had cancelled. 3 days went by with no callback. I had quite a negative experience with this provider. My initial appointment (scheduled for 9:00am on a workday) was cancelled at 8:30am the same day, which was already frustrating. When I rescheduled, I was kept waiting for about 45 minutes past my appointment time. Before booking, I made a point to ask for the expected billing codes so I could understand the cost. I have been coming to this clinic for therapy and medication management for nearly a year. I love them so much for finding the right combination of therapy and medication for my situation. Beth and Adele are top notch! 10/10 would recommend
