Loved the provider I saw, however trying to get in touch with someone (live person) is really difficult. I’ve tried calling multiple times since my first appointment. I work in the medical field and this is probably the worst office I’ve had an experience with.

Trying to log into the website portal is hit or miss. Not sure why but it pops up an error saying that there is no account for the user but later it will work. So I have missed communications from my therapist. Also, they charge $75 for missed appointments but then they cancel 30 minutes before an appointment and didn’t pay me $75. It seems unfair for the patient to pay a fee for late cancellations or tardiness but then they do the same thing. My time is just as valuable.
