This was my first psychiatric visit and it wasn’t scary at all. After a short time, I feel and know there is a light at the end of tunnel.

This is the best Psychological team I have ever had. I was suicidal, depressed, angry, sad and darn near homicidal before I started working with this team. It’s hard to admit you have a problem, but I had no choice. Thank you guys for seeing me through the worst times of my life. Thank you for teaching me coping skills that will help me through future incidents that will occur in my life. The virtual sessions work perfectly for me.
