Excellent psychiatrist.
I moved to JC from IN and was worried I would not find a good psychiatrist. I did not want to go to Ballad or ETSU since I work at BH. Dr. Fenley is the most knowledgeable psychiatrist I have ever met and is a very kind man and makes you feel like you are chatting with a friend. He is very laid back but does care a lot. Despite reading negative reviews about his staff, they have been AWESOME including the front desk and staff behind the scenes who sometimes cover the front desk. I have read enough to know that Dr. Fenley is obviously a very good doctor but his support staff is not worth the trouble even though he's been recommended to me. I don't need my depression to be worse dealing with this office.
